PERFORMANCE Level 3 – Bridge to Intermediate – Singing, Playing and Performing

  • Learning a repertoire of 8 songs, including choreography and playing instruments
  • Stage presence and coordinating/performing with a group
  • Wardrobe, presentation and style – and transferring it to the digital world
  • Performance coaching
  • Learning to guide the group through a performance
  • Expanded social media
  • Preparing a 15 to 20-minute show
  • Competitions and small live performances
  • Choosing a cause

PERFORMANCE Level 5 – Bridge to Advanced – Singing, Playing and Performing

  • Learning a repertoire of 18 songs, including choreography and playing instruments
  • Song writing by writing new lyrics for existing, popular songs, then recording these cover songs
  • Stage presence and coordinating/performing with a group
  • Advanced marketing and branding, and social media
  • Advanced performance coaching, group and individual
  • Industry tools to build your profile
  • Preparing a 30 to 45-minute show
  • Competitions and live performances
  • Becoming known for your cause

PERFORMANCE Level 2 – Beginner 2 – Singing, Playing and Performing

  • Learning a repertoire of songs
  • Choreography for all songs
  • Playing an instrument for all songs
  • Stage presence and impressing the audience
  • Identifying and building your brand
  • Performance tips and tricks
  • Stage and mic techniques
  • Introduction to social media and branding
  • Competitions and small live performances
  • Implement ‘giving back’ as an artist

PERFORMANCE Level 4 – Intermediate – Singing, Playing and Performing

  • Learning a repertoire of 12 songs, including choreography and playing instruments
  • Training in and then recording cover songs
  • Stage presence and coordinating/performing with a group
  • Website, digital and marketing tools
  • Performance coaching
  • Guiding the group through elements of a performance
  • Industry tools to build your profile
  • Preparing a 20 to 30-minute show
  • Competitions and live performances
  • Working on making a difference with your cause

PERFORMANCE Level 6 – Advanced – Singing, Playing and Performing

  • Learning a repertoire of 24 songs, including choreography and playing instruments
  • Song writing introduction, including both the lyrics and the music
  • Preparation to launch a band/group/individual artist through Artist Development Program, with a management contract
  • Opportunities to be interviewed and have cover songs launched
  • Advanced performance coaching, group and individual
  • Preparing a 45 to 60-minute show
  • Competitions and live performances
  • Making an impact with your cause

The price is $200 for every 4 weeks in a 16-week course. Each week is a two-hour lesson. Etobicoke is Sundays from 2 pm to 4 pm.

Most of all, you have the SPARK to work hard and grow! We are here to empower girls and boys to make a positive change in the world. We are focused on young artists ranging from ages 5 to 25. And, the result of your training will be that we will form you into various bands to perform across the province. This is when you move into our full Artist Development program, writing and performing original music, with distribution through our record label.But first, at Canyon Entertainment Academy, we train you in ‘everything’ you need to know to succeed. From vocal instruction to playing an instrument (e.g., guitar or drums), as well as performance techniques and song writing, and on to branding and social media.
